Life in Color!
This week’s Photo Challenge brings us Color!
There are a few environments that have always been particularly fun to photograph due to how color enhances the subject matter. The beach, children’s playgrounds, gardens… and then an occasional unexpected place will surprise you, of course. Here is a sampling for you!

Frog on a flower, soaked in shades of late summer.
Bright shades of the Cooties against the dull environment of the hospital make this photo pop! The gift from the child life specialist brightened the otherwise dull mood being there as well
The beach… colors of sun and sky and the bucket added an unintended splash (didn’t see it till after the fact!)
The kids at play are enough. but the colorful backdrop really makes the photos.

The Empress is always a bright spot, and you know my unnatural love of the beach, but I think my favorite in this group is the shot of the beans and tomatoes. Lovely!
I’ll have to tell T! He nurtured those beans and tomatoes every step of the way, from germinating the tomato seeds on paper plates in March all the way to rescuing the last of the veggies before the first hard freeze in October. 🙂
There was a particular car that passed while I was arranging and photographing my seed packets whose driver seemed to think I was a bit strange. Oh well. 😛
